Sean surprised Jo with a Mother’s Day session by me – in fact she was doubly surprised as he had discussed it with me, then he called me back and handed her the phone and it was me randomly asking when it would suit her to come take photos … SURPRISE! Happy Mother’s Day Jo!

Of course I was surprised in turn when I pitched up at the stunning Fort Governor’s Estate to photograph this sweet family only to be met by Bubbles the juvenile wilderbeest who thought she was a dog … no really, she ran alongside the vehicle, sniffled in my ear throughout and seriously thinks she’s a dog! It really was one of the coolest family shoots I’ve ever done. Of course the scenery and precious Rose just added to the magnificence of it all. It was truly and unforgettable shoot. Thanks for that!
