In keeping with their growing, upmarket and people focused branding, Pam Golding Properties in Grahamstown has cleverly devised the concept of profiling their staff in the local newspapers – this idea introduces their staff to local potential buyers and home owners as well as proudly supports their staff and showcases their brand personality.

Each staff member’s portrait reflects their personality both in the setting and props so viewers get a real sense of who they are, which I think is an excellent way to break the ‘stuff staff photo’ tradition and inject some life into these images.
